Description

Watering: Let the soil dry completely before watering again. Water thoroughly, then allow excess water to drain.
Care: Use a fast-draining mix and avoid waterlogged roots. Underground rhizomes store moisture. Best indoors; outdoors seasonally in warm shade. Ideal temperature: 65–85°F (18–29°C).
Growth & expectations: New glossy shoots emerge from the base and slowly unfurl into full stems. Growth is often slow indoors, with periods of little visible change. Actual growth depends on light, season, and care.
